VISA APPLICATION
The Embassy of The UAE in Brussels provides limited issuing service for visas. Primarily, it concerns visits of an official nature or certain types of business. (For other types of visas, please see relevant information sheets.)
PROCEDURE
Application submission is required in person .
No appointment is required in advance, however, a call to the Visa Department is advisable in order to insure the type of visa you require is issued by the Brussels Embassy, and that you satisfy all requirements to support your application.
Applications must be made between 9.30am and 1.00pm Monday to Friday at 73, Avenue Franklin Roosevelt, 1050 Brussels.
Passport collection is between 9h 30 am and 1h pm .

REQUIREMENTS
Passport (six months minimum validity and its type being recognised by the UAE)
3 photographs
Letter from applicant’s company/organisation (with an extra copy) stipulating position held and purpose of visit to the UAE
Proof of sponsorship (normally in the form of fax), which also needs to be sent by the sponsor to the Embassy’s direct fax: 0032 2 646 24 73.
Please note that application forms are not obtainable through post or agencies and are, therefore, only available at the Embassy
Fee of 40.00 euros in cash. No alternative means of payment are acceptable
Particulars of the sponsor: name, address, telephone number and occupation (or business activity if a company)
PERIOD OF VALIDITY
Visitor’s visa endorsed in the passport is valid for the travel within 2 (two) months from the date of issue (Visa is valid for 30 days from the day of entry into the UAE).
PASSPORT COLLECTION
Minimum of 24 hours is required to process the visa application. However, allowance should be made for possible approval procedure delays. Therefore, application well in advance of the trip is strongly advisable .
